This is a vital role responsible for managing classroom cover in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring a productive learning environment, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and discipline. The successful candidate will be expected to step seamlessly into various classrooms, deliver prepared lessons, and support student learning throughout the school day. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience as a Cover Supervisor and a strong understanding of classroom management techniques.
