This role involves providing effective supervision of students in a school setting, ensuring a positive learning environment, managing behaviour, and delivering set work when required. The successful candidate will be adaptable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and student engagement. Key requirements: - Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role - Strong understanding of school policies and procedures - Excellent behaviour management skills - Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects - Relevant qualifications or working towards them - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting student learning.
