This role involves supervising classes across various subjects, ensuring that lessons run smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining discipline, and supporting learning activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a classroom environment, following the planned lessons, and adhering to school policies. The role requires flexibility, excellent behaviour management skills, and prior experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational support role.
