We are currently building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing staffing requirements across the region for a Temp Cover Supervisor within the Temporary Industry sector. This role is based in Ferndale, RCT, and is suitable for candidates with a strong background in cover supervising within educational or similar settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classroom activities, supporting teaching staff, ensuring a positive learning environment, and maintaining student behaviour in the absence of teaching personnel. This is an ongoing position offering £110+ per day, with the potential for long-term employment for the right candidate. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role - Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline - Good communication and organisational skills - Flexibility to work on a temporary basis with potential for ongoing position - Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain; SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) - Availability to work during school hours in the region specified SET Recruitment is committed to supporting your professional development and well-being.
