As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes, following lesson plans provided by teachers, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment. **Requirements:** - Experience working as a Cover Supervisor within a school setting - Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively - Strong communication skills and the ability to follow lesson plans - Flexibility to work on a temporary basis - Enhanced DBS check (set to be completed if not already registered on the update service) - Professional attitude and reliability - Willingness to adapt to various age groups and subjects SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
