Our client, a reputable SET Education company, is seeking a Contract Cover Supervisor to support school operations in Aberdare, RCT. This role involves supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment, and maintaining classroom behaviour and discipline. The successful candidate will be expected to manage lessons as directed, follow lesson plans provided, and deliver a positive student experience. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent organisational abilities - Ability to adapt to different school settings and age groups - Flexibility to work on a contract basis - Resilience and a proactive attitude SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
