We are currently building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing requests across the Wales region for a Contract Cover Supervisor role with a well-established SET Education client. This position is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors seeking a rewarding opportunity within a dynamic educational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lesson cover across various classes, ensuring smooth classroom management, maintaining behaviour standards, and delivering the planned curriculum where applicable. You will need to adapt quickly to different year groups and subjects, demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills, and uphold the school's policies and procedures at all times.
