SET Recruitment is building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing staffing requests across the region, and we are currently seeking dedicated Contract Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our esteemed education partners. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting primary education and making a positive impact on young learners' development. Based in the Aberdare, RCT area, the position involves working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to pupils, helping to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will be expected to assist with classroom activities, support students with their learning needs, and contribute to creating a safe and positive school atmosphere.

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically within a primary setting
Experience with a musical background (Not essential, but desired)
Good understanding of early years or primary curriculum
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting student needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service)
