- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically within primary settings
- Good understanding of appropriate support strategies for primary pupils
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to supporting classroom activities and inclusion
- Enhanced DBS clearance; SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service
