Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Music Teacher to join a reputable Temporary Industry company. This role is based in the Porth area within Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging music lessons to secondary students, planning and preparing appropriate lesson content, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to student engagement and progression. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Secondary Teacher with a focus on Music - Possession of a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent) - Ability to deliver the national curriculum in Music for secondary education - Strong classroom management skills - Flexibility to adapt to different school settings - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) - Relevant references demonstrating previous teaching experience This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate music educator to contribute to students' development within a supportive environment.
