This role is based in the region of Rhondda Cynon Taf and involves supporting students with special educational needs within a Primary setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored educational plans, promote positive behaviour, and encourage an inclusive learning environment. This ongoing position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students’ lives while developing your professional skills within a supportive team. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly in a special school or primary SEN setting - Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility and reliability to commit to ongoing placements - Commitment to promoting inclusive education and safeguarding procedures - Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential) SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
