This role involves working closely with students in a special school setting, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teaching staff in managing classroom activities, supporting students with special educational needs, and implementing personalised learning plans. We are seeking committed individuals who are proactive, compassionate, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, preferably within a special educational needs environment - Background working with primary-aged students in a special school setting - Ability to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment - Good communication and organisational skills - Flexibility to work ongoing hours on a temporary basis - Relevant valid qualifications or experience in Special Educational Needs are desirable Joining our client means working within a dedicated team focused on making a real difference.
