Our client is seeking a dedicated Temp SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is based in Pontypridd, RCT, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the needs of children within a special school environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly within a Primary Special School setting, and be passionate about supporting children's educational and personal development. Key requirements include: - Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a special educational needs environment - Knowledge of primary education and supporting children with additional needs - Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team - Strong communication skills and patience - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) - Relevant qualifications or training in SEND preferred This is an ongoing role, offering a daily rate of £92.56, with the potential for further professional development and support through our dedicated Candidate Care Team.
