We are seeking dedicated Contract SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with experience in secondary education to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work closely with secondary school pupils, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs, fostering a positive classroom environment, and promoting inclusive education. This role requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting student development. **Requirements:** - Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting - Knowledge of SEN needs and strategies to support diverse learners - Ability to work effectively within a team of teaching staff - Relevant qualifications or previous experience in education preferred - Strong communication and organisational skills - Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
