This role is based in Tonypandy, RCT, and is ideal for individuals with a background in primary education and SEN teaching. As a Temp SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to students with additional needs, implementing tailored teaching strategies, and working closely with support staff to ensure a positive learning environment. You will be expected to adapt lesson plans to meet individual student requirements, promote inclusive learning practices, and contribute to an engaging classroom setting. Candidates should possess the following: - Experience working in a primary school environment, ideally with SEN pupils - Relevant teaching qualification (such as QTS or equivalent) - Strong communication and organisational skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting students’ well-being SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
