We are currently building a talent pool to meet ongoing staffing needs across the region for a Temp SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) position within a respected SET Education provider. This role is based in RCT and is ideal for experienced individuals with a background in supporting pupils in Special School primary settings. As a Temp SEN LSA, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs, implementing individualised learning plans, and working closely with teaching staff to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment. The role is ongoing, offering a daily rate of £92.56, and requires a commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development effectively. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally in a special school primary environment - Strong understanding of SEN needs and behaviour management strategies - Ability to work flexibly within a team and independently when necessary - Relevant qualifications or training related to Special Educational Needs is desirable - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
