This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in schools or continue their career as a Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant, or SEN Teaching Assistant.

The Role: Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom to help create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils during lessons and classroom activities

Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation

Providing one-to-one or small group support

Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence in learning

Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunities
We also work closely with a number of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools that regularly require additional classroom support staff.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working with children or young people (school or non-school settings)

A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker, Teaching Support Worker, or Sports Coach is beneficial but not essential.
