- Experience working with primary school pupils, preferably within a Welsh language context
- Background as a Welsh Language Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with children and staff
- Strong organisational skills and reliability in managing classroom support tasks
- Willingness to support Welsh language initiatives and promote bilingual learning
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
