This role provides vital support within an educational setting in RCT, focusing on assisting Welsh language learners to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will deliver classroom support, promote inclusive learning environments, and work closely with teaching staff to facilitate student progress. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering a rate of £92.56 per day. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally with a background in Welsh Language Support. - Fluency in Welsh and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. - Ability to work flexibly and effectively within a team. - Demonstrated understanding of supporting learners’ individual needs. - Relevant references demonstrating previous experience in educational settings. - Enhanced DBS clearance, or willingness to undertake one (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service).
