Based in the Ynysybwl area, the role involves working closely with students to provide tailored learning support, fostering an engaging and supportive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an LSA, specifically with a background in Welsh language support, and possess effective communication skills to engage with bilingual students and staff. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a Welsh-learning environment - Welsh language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential - Strong understanding of inclusive education practices - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals - Flexibility and a proactive approach to support students' individual needs - Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo this).
