This temporary role is based in Aberdare, RCT, and is ideal for individuals experienced in supporting Welsh Language learners within an educational setting. The successful candidate will work closely with students to facilitate their learning, providing tailored support in line with the school's ethos and the specific needs of pupils requiring Welsh Language assistance. You will be expected to foster a positive learning environment, effectively communicate in Welsh and English, and contribute to the overall well-being and development of students. **Requirements:** - Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically with Welsh language support preferred - Fluent in Welsh and English, both written and spoken - Confidence in supporting students with diverse learning needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required - Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and an understanding of educational policies SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
