Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Welsh-Speaking LSA to support students in an educational environment, ensuring they receive appropriate learning assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, promote student engagement, and facilitate Welsh language learning. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced LSAs with a background in Welsh language support to contribute effectively within a dynamic school setting. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, preferably with Welsh language support - Ability to work effectively with children and staff in a classroom environment - Strong understanding of inclusive educational practices - Welsh language fluency is essential - Commitment to promoting a supportive and positive learning environment - Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo disclosure) - Relevant qualifications or training in supporting learners are desirable This is an ongoing contract position offering a daily rate of £92.56, reflecting relevant experience and qualifications. SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
