This temporary role requires a dedicated professional to support Welsh medium learners, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance necessary to thrive academically. Working closely with teachers and support staff, the successful candidate will create an inclusive environment and promote learner independence. The role is based in Caerphilly, Caerphilly. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Welsh Language Learning Support Assistant or in a similar Welsh-medium educational setting
- Fluent Welsh speaking and writing skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to supporting inclusive learning environments
