One of our clients is seeking a Temp Welsh-Speaking LSA to join an educational establishment based in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will work closely with educators to support Welsh-medium learners, providing targeted assistance to facilitate their language development and ensure an inclusive learning environment. This ongoing role offers a daily rate of £92.56 and presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to Welsh language education. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Welsh Language Learning Support Assistant or similar role within a Welsh-medium setting - Strong Welsh speaking and understanding skills - Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and pupils - Well-organised with good communication skills - Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments and student needs - Ability to promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere - References confirming previous experience in a similar role We aim to support our candidates throughout their employment journey.
